Booking Refunds & Changes

1. Strictly no refund or carry forward of the non-utilized sessions.
2. Changing the booking date and time is not allowed unless there is a change in weather or an issue on our side.
3. To maximize track usage, Arena BMX Johor reserves the right to move courts.

Safety

1. Children brought by adults should be constantly monitored/supervised by their guardians to ensure their safety, wellbeing and that they do not cause any disturbances to other players.
2. All players are encouraged not to over exert themselves and players with history of heart problems are not encourage to play. All players play at their own risk and the company will not be held responsible in the event of any injuries or death.
3. Please do not leave your valuables unattended. We will not be responsible for any theft or missing items.

Others

1. Please ensure only proper BMX attire and shoes are worn during games.
2. Only players with BMX or non-marking shoes are allowed in the BMX track. Players without said shoes will be evicted from the track.
3. Strictly no vaping, smoking and chewing gum inside the premises. Offenders will be evicted from the premises.
4. Outside food and drinks are not allowed to be brought into the premises.
5. Strictly no food inside the track premises.
